Blue Jeans 02:49
Pulled into your driveway, you're leaning in my way You were looking better then you did in my dreams Sitting there in a an old beat up pair of blue jeans You were laughing at the radio, and i'll take you where you want to go You were singing to a beach boys song As if it were me and you all along I saw the fire in your eyes, so young and full of life And all I wanted was mine And i've got nothing, nothing but time Your worried about money and i'm worried about nothing You got hopes and dreams and I love all of them Sitting there in a old beat up pair of blue jeans Well I was hoping you could stay the night Cause everything you do just feels so right Something about the way you hand fits in mine As if we were always made to align

Keep playing the victim, immune from criticism Oh baby just play your part, cmon its not that hard And staying on the moral high ground I've turned my insecurities, into social purity Well maybe everything, is not as it seems And everyone, can be kinda mean Are you doing what you believe in or are you somebody else Are you really about the protest or are you about yourself There's gonna be no race or gender, religion or guns There's just gonna be you and me We'll live for an eternity And staying on the moral high ground Living in a secular world, with a post-modern girl
3.
New Reality 03:31
Define yourself by a brand new car, or a movie star, or a baseball team One for all and all for one unless they don't look like you or have the same ideas Instant gratification, over medication, Entertainment sedation, a two week vacation Then everybody started singing, to the new reality, I heard it on TV Might have to wait in line, oh but in good time You'll be singing, singing to a new god Consume and spend, then complain when, your online friends Have more materials then you Inject your lips, get bigger hips And make some money on some detox teas Eternal taxation, sexual frustration A subway rat mutation, constant stimulation
